• To book an appointment, you must pay $25. This amount is non-refundable and will be included in the full cost of services you avail.
• You can pay via credit card or Zelle on the day of your appointment.
• You may cancel 24 hours before the appointment, we will accommodate one rescheduled date.
• There are no refunds on deposits
• Deposits are non-transferable
• Refunds are subject to the discretion of the stylist.
• kindly confirm your rescheduled appointment 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date.
• Hair must be at least 4 inches long. For shorter hair, stylist approval is required.
• If shampooing is required before braiding, a $25 fee must be paid.
• If detangling is required before braiding, a $35 fee must be paid.
• When booking, ensure that the correct hairstyle is chosen. Same-day style change is not possible.
