Welcome to our Booking Policy at Light Hair Braiding. Please read carefully before scheduling your appointment to ensure a smooth experience.
Appointment Guidelines
Kindly ensure you are on time for your appointment.
Confirm your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled date.
All services require you to bring your own extensions; we do not provide hair.
Deposits & Payments
A minimum $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
Deposits go towards the final cost of your hairstyle.
Final payments can be made via card or Zelle on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel 24 hours before your appointment; one reschedule date is allowed.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are at the discretion of the stylist. Please call for questions regarding cancellations.
Hair Requirements & Additional Fees
Hair must be at least 4 inches or approved by the stylist for short hair clients.
Shampoo services are $25 if hair requires washing before braiding.
Detangling fee of $35 applies if hair is not detangled.
Service Rules
Ensure you book the correct hairstyle; same-day style changes are not allowed.
