Welcome to our Booking Policy at Light Hair Braiding. Please read carefully before scheduling your appointment to ensure a smooth experience.

Appointment Guidelines

• Kindly ensure you are on time for your appointment.

• Confirm your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled date.

• All services require you to bring your own extensions; we do not provide hair.

Deposits & Payments

• A minimum $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking.

• Deposits go towards the final cost of your hairstyle.

• Final payments can be made via card or Zelle on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel 24 hours before your appointment; one reschedule date is allowed.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Refunds are at the discretion of the stylist. Please call for questions regarding cancellations.

Hair Requirements & Additional Fees

• Hair must be at least 4 inches or approved by the stylist for short hair clients.

• Shampoo services are $25 if hair requires washing before braiding.

• Detangling fee of $35 applies if hair is not detangled.

Service Rules

• Ensure you book the correct hairstyle; same-day style changes are not allowed.
