.             Kindly ensure you are on time for your appointment.

.           Please note that a minimum of $25 non-refundable is required when booking. All deposits go towards the final cost of your hairstyle.

.             Final payments are paid in card or through Zelle on the day of your appointment.

.           You may cancel 24 hours before the appointment, we will accommodate one reschedule date.  

.           All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

.           No exceptions. Refunds are totally up to the discretion of the stylist. Please call if any question on our cancellation policy.

.           Please confirm appointment 24 hours before your rescheduled appointment date.

.           Hair must be 4 inches or approved by the stylist for clients with short hair.

.           Our shampoo services are $25 if hair requires shampooing before braiding.

.           if hair is not detangled, there will be a $35 fee for detangling.

.           Please make sure you book the correct style, same day style change is not allowed.

.           All Services require you to bring your own extension. Please note that we do not provide hair for any services rendered.
